ABOUT
Meet Lexi Roberts (she/hers or they/them)
Starting counseling with someone you do not know can be an uncomfortable experience, but I hope to be able to make this process more comfortable.

When working with individuals, I strive to give them the space to access their own wisdom and know their truth. I like to take a person-centered approach by incorporating mindfulness and creativity, which can enhance the counseling experience.

I have experience working with concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, stress, grief, attachment wounds, ADHD, individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and autism spectrum disorder.
